Base Salary
$80k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, document, test, and ideate ways to achieve customer goals using LLMs and other AI tools.
- Develop complex, dynamic prompts and context-management strategies within the dialogue platform.
- Review Superhuman conversations and customer feedback to troubleshoot issues and improve prompts.
- Become an expert in the dialogue platform, answer prompting questions, and train others.
- Create knowledge bases and use prompting and fine-tuning to enhance AI capabilities.
- Build small-scale Python and low-code prototypes to test prompting and data workflows.
- Develop multimodal prompting strategies involving images, video, LLMs, and text embedding models.
- Document work and proactively lead initiatives after becoming established in the role.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, conversation design, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM prompting, especially OpenAI and Anthropic models, APIs, prompt parameters, and prompt components.
- Proficiency in Python for quick prototyping and comfort incorporating APIs into prototypes.
- Exceptional communication, writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Retool, or Make is preferred.
- Copywriting, data science, and software engineering skills are additional pluses.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, critical thinking, and ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
