Responsibilities
- Research and document optimal strategies for achieving customer goals using LLMs.
- Become an expert in the dialogue platform and train others on prompting.
- Utilize prompting and knowledge-base creation to enhance AI capabilities.
- Develop small-scale prototypes using Python and low-code automation tools.
- Create multimedia prompting strategies that incorporate various media types.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, or conversation design.
- Exceptional communication skills for producing clear documentation and presentations.
- Strong experience with LLM prompting, particularly with OpenAI and Anthropic models.
- Basic proficiency in Python for prototyping and API interaction.
- Experience with low-code automation tools like Zapier or Retool is a plus.
