Base Salary

$119k - $151k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements, pain points, and existing infrastructure.
  • Lead or participate in product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions, configurations, and integration plans.
  • Design customized solutions and create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, integration guides, and PoC plans.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, bids, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
  • Provide end-to-end technical and business-value guidance before and during the sales cycle.
  • Travel approximately 20–25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or technical salesperson, or equivalent applicable experience as a product manager, engineer, technical support agent, or enterprise software administrator.
  • General IT or information systems knowledge, including server administration, server operating systems, TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN technologies, PKI, firewall management, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and network scanners.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and PKI concepts.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience or familiarity with ServiceNow, GitHub, and REST API integrations.
  • Hands-on scripting or automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, customer-focus, and business-acumen skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or CCSP; certificate management and cryptographic tools experience; familiarity with code signing, load balancers, secure key storage, SSO, SAML, and OpenID authentication methods.
  • Fluency in English.
