Responsibilities
- Lead customer AI and agentic transformation through consultative engagement, technical leadership, and cross-functional orchestration.
- Execute customer engagements that drive technical success, cloud consumption, and business outcomes through Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.
- Apply customer, industry, and cloud architecture expertise to modernization and AI transformation initiatives.
- Analyze customer usage, business priorities, and technical challenges to identify optimization, expansion, and cloud-consumption opportunities.
- Design, validate, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions.
- Facilitate architecture discussions and align Microsoft, partner, and customer teams on solution approaches, implementation plans, risks, and success measures.
- Collaborate with architects, sales specialists, customer success teams, engineering resources, and partners to remove blockers.
- Maintain customer, project, and consumption data in CRM systems and provide forecasts and execution insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; relevant Microsoft or competitive certifications and 3+ years of relevant experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent experience may substitute for the stated education and experience pathways.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical architecture, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with cloud-based solution design, migrations, and technology management.
- Preferred: 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.

- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $51.15-$97.88 per hour, with a separate range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan locations.
