Responsibilities

  • Design and build a self-service developer platform from the ground up.
  • Own GitOps-based continuous delivery with Argo CD or Flux CD.
  • Build and maintain automated workflow orchestration using Argo Workflows.
  • Architect, operate, and scale production Kubernetes environments.
  • Design and run saturation and load testing with k6.
  • Implement policy enforcement and admission control with Kyverno.
  • Develop and use automation tools to manage production and development environments.
  • Design and execute new platform capabilities while improving existing ones.
  • Participate in regular customer and internal scrums.
  • Provide operational support and project deployments for customer environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps, CloudOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building and customizing Backstage in production.
  • Experience implementing Argo Workflows for CI and event-driven automation.
  • Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience, including designing and operating production clusters.
  • Experience building saturation and load tests with k6.
  • Hands-on experience enforcing policy with Kyverno or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, TypeScript, Bash, Ruby, or Rust.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
