Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations for real-time voice and communications workflows.
- Develop backend services and APIs that integrate Reality Defender’s platform with customer environments.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven services.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to implement and support complex technical integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term improvements.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of integration services.
- Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Help shape the future of Reality Defender’s enterprise integration platform.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience developing production applications in Python.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience building distributed or event-driven systems.
- Experience working with AWS or another major cloud platform.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering and customer-facing teams.
