Responsibilities
- Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations end-to-end and coordinate with third-party vendors
- Set up SCIM 2.0 provisioning and group-based RBAC within Okta
- Create and synchronize target groups using the internal IAM portal
- Deploy Okta application configurations through Terraform in a shared IaC repository
- Manage provisioning and deprovisioning lifecycles and URI or attribute modifications
- Author, present, and execute CAB tickets for production-level changes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience in a corporate IT or enterprise environment
- Practical configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols
- Ability to manage a high-volume ticket queue and multiple concurrent integration projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating IAM architecture to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience operating within a structured CAB and change-management framework
- Customer-focused ownership of integration tasks through completion
