Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment for enterprise customers.
- Configure and build CXone AI solutions, including NLU, IVR/ACD, and digital channels.
- Develop AI applications focusing on code quality and system stability.
- Integrate systems across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems.
- Support testing, UAT, and post-deployment optimization.
- Design user-centric AI applications and define user intents and journeys.
- Create detailed dialog flows and interaction models for virtual assistants.
- Conduct conversational design workshops to align stakeholders.
- Mentor colleagues on AI configuration and conversational design.
- Produce reusable documentation and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 1 year with digital channels or AI applications.
- Skilled in configuring AI and contact center technologies.
- Experience with large enterprise environments and complex integrations.
- Proficient with CRM integrations, APIs, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and NLU techniques.
- Ability to design workflows using diagramming tools.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
