Responsibilities
- Support large and complex pre-sales and RFP processes involving multiple technologies.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore technology teams across opportunity-related technology activities.
- Develop technical solution designs and collaborate on cost estimates.
- Present proposed solutions to client executives and internal executive approvers.
- Assess business impact and return on investment for complex solution components.
- Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, and develop proposed solution designs.
- Own ServiceNow architecture on complex delivery programs.
- Mentor internal staff and help improve their skills.
- Act as the customer’s key contact for the proposed technology solution.
- Collaborate with Insights and Intelligence, Automation, and Technology Consulting teams on holistic technology approaches and cost estimates.
- Lead cross-technology issues, mitigate risks, and establish governance on customer engagements.
- Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and relevant competitive information across Service Management, IT Operations, Customer Service Management, HR, and Security Operations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow.
- At least two ServiceNow certifications.
- Minimum five years of experience in technical consulting.
- Minimum five years of experience translating technical solution requirements into business requirements and customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of Service Management, ITIL, HR, Security Operations, and Customer Service Management.
- Executive presentation experience and business acumen.
- Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; Dutch or French are a plus.
