Responsibilities
- Design and develop product features across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Architect and optimize backend APIs and services.
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation through production with Product, Machine Learning, and Design teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve stack efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in full-stack or software engineering roles.
- Strong foundations in computer science or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, or Python and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Experience leading complex projects across the stack and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and uphold high software quality standards.
- Comfort driving architectural decisions and mentoring engineers.
- Clear communication in English.
- Experience with native application languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Rust, or C# is a bonus.
