Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new business features across UI, REST APIs, business logic, and database layers.
- Build, test, and ship software to production through continuous delivery.
- Participate in technical design sessions and shape product-driving technical decisions.
- Improve code quality through reviews and pair programming.
- Monitor and debug production issues for owned features end to end.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, technical development practices, and continuous improvement.
- Track the business impact, adoption, and usage of delivered features.
- Use AI-powered development tools including Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience or interest in web-scale challenges and distributed architectures.
- Commitment to clean, well-crafted code and continuous learning.
- Fluency in French and comfort working in professional English.
- Pragmatic curiosity about AI and how it is changing software development.
