Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems for specific project stages or across the full product lifecycle.
- Apply Veeva Vault expertise to support clients, projects, and organizational entities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Support software integrations and data migration within regulated environments.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault is required.
- Experience with Clinical Data Management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes in regulated environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
