Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical personnel and cross-functional teams to finalize requirements, design solutions, and ship features.
- Write and review specifications and implement AI/ML-driven software and systems.
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable production ML solutions and pipelines.
- Build tools and infrastructure for model training, inference, and MLOps workflows.
- Develop LLM-based and generative AI applications, including RAG systems.
- Develop and integrate agent skills such as tool usage, planning, reasoning, and memory.
- Integrate models and AI agents with existing systems and APIs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model and agent performance.
- Apply coding best practices, code reviews, documentation, and development processes.
- Resolve complex technical issues across ML pipelines, data workflows, and production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM or generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of API integration and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, ML algorithms, evaluation techniques, large datasets, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Strong coding skills in Python or another programming language such as Go or Rust.
- Experience with complex data models, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical communication.
- Experience with NLP, agent frameworks such as LangChain, ADK, or LlamaIndex, RAG, vector databases, and embeddings is advantageous.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Spark, or Databricks is advantageous.
