Responsibilities
- Evaluate legacy testing processes and architect scalable testing frameworks.
- Balance building new automation assets with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
- Embed automated test suites into CI/CD workflows for continuous validation.
- Establish organization-wide QA standards and framework maintenance guidelines.
- Guide engineering PODs through process shifts and lead risk assessments.
- Upskill manual QA team members through code reviews and technical mentoring.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
- Proven track record in building resilient test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
- Strong willingness to perform manual and functional testing while designing automation suites.
- Deep expertise in validating RESTful/gRPC APIs using automated scripts and tools like Postman.
- Advanced command of SQL for backend data validation and familiarity with test management tools.
- High ownership mindset and proactive strategic leadership skills.
- Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with US-based clients.
