Responsibilities
- Own and ship a meaningful project from start to finish.
- Receive close, one-on-one mentorship from an experienced software engineer.
- Collaborate with a globally connected team of engineers and other departments.
- Work with new technologies across a wide spectrum of computer science.
Requirements
- Fluent in one or more modern programming languages such as Javascript, Python, Java, PHP, C, C++, or SQL.
- Firm grasp on basic data structures and algorithmic techniques.
- Comfortable working on an agile, distributed team across multiple time zones.
- Effective communication skills within a collaborative, technical team environment.
- Experience with software projects.
- Quick and self-directed learner with ownership over design and implementation.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical major from an Australian or New Zealand University.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have full working rights.
- Graduation date between May 2027 and March 2028.
- Available for a full-time position if offered after the internship.
- Able to complete a 12-week internship at the Sydney office during Australia Summer 2026.
