Responsibilities
- Define application data requirements and design data structures, storage, and integration solutions.
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team performance, and make or contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives and translate innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in automation in application development.
- Proficiency in automation in application development.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data integration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows for efficiency.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- 15 years of full-time education.
