Responsibilities
- Build, validate, and release software for ARM-based platforms.
- Troubleshoot ARM64/AArch64 and Linux architecture-specific issues across applications, libraries, operating systems, and system resources.
- Develop Python and Shell automation for build, validation, and release processes.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve build reliability, validation, and release efficiency.
- Investigate complex build and runtime failures using logs, core dumps, system-level tools, and debugging techniques.
- Work with compilers, linkers, dependencies, cross-compilation, and build systems.
- Collaborate with international, geographically distributed engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Validate DevSecOps security controls and automate testing for REST APIs, microservices, and SQL databases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in SDET, software engineering, build/release engineering, or a related computer science field.
- Hands-on expertise with Linux/Unix systems and ARM64/AArch64 architecture.
- Experience with system testing using physical HIL setups or target emulators.
- Strong Python and Shell programming and scripting skills.
- Experience with CI/CD and source-control tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Git.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills using GDB, strace, perf, valgrind, core dumps, and Linux utilities.
- Experience validating security controls with SonarQube, Black Duck, SBOM, and Cosign.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and SQL databases.
