Base Salary
$118k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines for software module builds, hardware testing, meta-builds, and SDK bundling.
- Define and implement strategies for resolving cross-dependencies across software modules.
- Develop and maintain internal web pages for builds and code coverage.
- Implement branching strategies and module and SDK tagging.
- Support repository creation, release branching, and CI dependency resolution for development teams.
- Integrate Klockwork, Parasoft, and similar code-coverage tools into CI.
- Develop tools for measuring ML model performance across various frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for executing test cases.
- Manage build servers, target machines, and storage infrastructure required for CI.
- Collaborate with software, systems, hardware, cloud, and commercial-division teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Hire and train team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 2+ years of software engineering or related experience; or a master’s degree plus 1+ year; or a PhD in a related field.
- At least 2 years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CI, testing, or software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Python or Shell Script.
- Strong experience with Git, Gerrit, and Perforce source control.
- Experience with Klockwork, Parasoft, or similar code-coverage tools.
- Experience automating workflows with Python or another programming language.
- Experience designing REST interfaces using Django or another framework.
- Experience with Python, Groovy, shell scripting, and Windows batch commands.
- Knowledge of database schemas and SQL.
- Familiarity with open-source, commercial, and standards licensing.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, execution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
