Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate processes.
- Integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows and align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, system performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly.
- Contribute to application support best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Ability to work independently and serve as a subject-matter expert.
