Responsibilities

Design and implement core GenAI platform components for intelligent agents and AI-driven user experiences.
Architect and build backend services and APIs integrating large language models into product workflows.
Define technical standards for agent development, model access, and security.
Drive architectural decisions for GenAI workloads balancing performance and user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to shape AI-powered capabilities.
Ensure observability and operational stability of GenAI systems in production.
Prototype new interaction paradigms using natural language and automation.
Own services throughout their lifecycle following DevOps principles.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical engineering solutions.

5+ years of experience building complex production software systems.
Strong programming skills in Java and Python; Scala is a plus.
Proven experience designing and operating backend services in cloud-native environments.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI systems and frameworks.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering.
Experience with continuous delivery and operational ownership of services.
Ability to work autonomously on high-impact technical problems.
Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
