Base Salary
$200k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect production-scale AI infrastructure solutions for strategic media and entertainment partnerships, content production pipelines, data consolidation initiatives, and generative AI deployments.
- Translate business goals into precise infrastructure and inference optimization requirements.
- Identify, engage, and technically validate media and entertainment ISV and technology partners.
- Define reference architectures and integration standards for running partner tools on Nebius infrastructure.
- Use customer and partner evidence to shape the M&E product roadmap and chair a quarterly product summit.
- Build technical assets and eventually recruit, shape, and lead a dedicated team as the business scales.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, or a closely related technical domain.
- Executive-level communication skills and experience presenting technical roadmaps to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on, production-grade expertise with GPU architectures including H100 and L40s, Kubernetes orchestration, Soperator, parallel file systems such as Lustre and WEKA, data lakes, and InfiniBand/Ethernet networking.
- Strong knowledge of model serving, inference batch sizing, quantization, KV caching, latency tradeoffs, and high-throughput or sub-50ms workloads.
- Experience defining platform strategy, making product tradeoffs, and building solutions or organizations from the ground up.
- Deep working knowledge of the media and entertainment ecosystem, including gaming, multimodal generative models, AdTech, or VFX/content production.
- Hands-on experience with VFX pipelines, studio-scale production workflows, render farm management, distributed simulation, or asset pipeline tooling is a bonus.
