Responsibilities
- Design and develop low- and medium-impact software projects with low to moderate complexity.
- Understand business needs, propose initiatives, identify project resources, and help achieve project objectives.
- Develop software according to discipline standards and best practices for assigned applications.
- Execute development tasks based on requirements from client areas.
- Maintain effective relationships with business areas, reduce friction, and remove barriers during project delivery.
- Provide support related to the role’s experience and area of specialization.
Requirements
- Professional degree in systems engineering or a related field.
- At least two years of experience executing software projects in the financial sector using agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, including objects, classes, inheritance, and polymorphism.
- Ability to modify the DOM using JavaScript and implement frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Knowledge of ASO services, backend or middleware development, and three-tier architectures.
- Basic knowledge of information platforms, market-data framework tools, and relational and non-relational databases.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, autonomy, innovation, continuous-learning, and results-oriented abilities.
