Responsibilities
- Own software features from requirements and architecture through development, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum teams on user-story designs and overall architecture alignment.
- Write and review code, resolve technical challenges, improve performance, and maintain software quality.
- Create and maintain clear architecture documentation.
- Support healthcare interoperability using DICOM and HL7 standards.
- Share technical knowledge and engineering best practices with the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, design, and architecture with a strong hands-on engineering background.
- Advanced C++ expertise, preferably C++20.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and patterns, multithreading, inter-process communication, and unit testing with frameworks such as Google Test.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/SAFe, GitHub CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively across teams.
