Base Salary
$127k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop specialized full-stack software tools and tradecraft for analysts and operators.
- Collaborate with team leads and users to understand mission requirements and address operational needs.
- Design and implement data visualization, task automation, and workflow improvement solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing tradecraft and tooling with cross-functional teams.
- Drive development projects and proposals independently across the software development lifecycle.
- Design, architect, and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
- Improve existing code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and selected applicants must obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or an additional four years of experience in place of the degree.
- At least three years of software engineering experience.
- Familiarity with data science principles and techniques for analyzing complex datasets.
- Experience with Python backend development, including custom libraries and REST API functions.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including React, Vue, or Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, solve problems effectively, and maintain current technical knowledge.
