Base Salary
$87k - $157k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, customize, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, scheduled reports, and service catalogs.
- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with applications and platforms, including Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, and other data sources.
- Assist with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON files, Python scripts, data migration, and unified CMDB data integration.
- Support application and platform upgrades, business process re-engineering, ticketing and order management migration, and operational automation.
- Gather business and customer requirements and design ServiceNow solutions, applications, business process flows, and user-interface updates.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer data to improve customer experience and network performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, development, analyst, customer, and cross-functional teams to deliver project work.
- Apply configuration management, documentation, coding, development, testing, and technical process standards.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
- An active certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher, such as Security+, is required; Security+ must be obtained within 14 days of starting if not already held.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 4–8 years of professional experience is required, or 2–6 years with a related master’s degree; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with APIs, JSON, and Python is required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and complete multiple tasks, self-assign work, and collaborate effectively with virtual and multidisciplinary teams is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow, AWS, and ITIL certifications or experience are preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow telecommunications applications, JIRA, Git, Confluence, Agile testing, SAFe, legacy application migration, test automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, Kanban, DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD is preferred.
- A technical degree in systems engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering science, engineering management, or a related field is preferred.
