Responsibilities
- Provide high-side full-stack development expertise supporting TAO and the OIT customer.
- Expand existing workflow automation efforts.
- Develop and maintain web applications for analytic and workflow support.
- Develop and maintain backend analytics using non-relational databases.
- Work in a Linux environment and iterate on solutions based on real-time user feedback.
- Interface directly with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to communicate project status and gather feedback.
- Lead a small team and break down large tasks for team members.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Twelve years of experience is required, or four additional years may substitute for the bachelor's degree requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent substitution through four additional years of experience.
- Extensive full-stack development experience with Java and Angular/JavaScript.
- Experience with non-relational databases, customer feedback, Linux development, AI-assisted development, and leadership.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems, dataflow engineering, customer cross-domain solutions, and agentic AI for workflow automation.
