Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team supporting IIA SWAT and intelligence customers.
- Provide expertise on existing highside services and expand workflow automation efforts.
- Identify opportunities for agentic AI and build tools to gather and curate information packages.
- Develop and maintain web applications supporting analytics and workflows.
- Interact directly with customer leadership, analysts, and developers to implement mission solutions.
- Solicit customer feedback and apply it to project status, results, and future solutions.
- Participate in a team-of-teams working on related solutions for separate customers.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Twelve years of experience, plus a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or four additional years of experience in place of the degree.
- Extensive full-stack development experience with an emphasis on AI workflows.
- Experience with customer cross-domain solutions, feedback collection and application, AI-assisted development, corporate services in a highside environment, and leadership.
- Programming experience in JavaScript and Python.
- Desired qualifications include Linux development, prior TAO experience, relational databases, and pipeline data processing.
