Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and improve existing corporate tools.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to understand missions, gather user requirements, and automate workflows.
- Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
- Integrate with and contribute to diverse teams, systems, and technology stacks.
- Address the needs of analysts and developers in coordination with the team lead.
- Develop solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements.
- Independently drive projects and proposals while owning the entire development lifecycle.
- Maintain applications and servers, provide scripting support, and deliver documentation and software solutions to CNO users.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Twelve years of experience with a bachelor's degree in a technical field, ten years with a master's degree in a technical field, or fourteen years with no degree.
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS experience.
- Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
- Experience developing with UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and Docker.
- Experience leveraging AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Pi for software development and research.
- Desired: prior CNO experience and knowledge of network protocols.
- Desired: experience analyzing cybersecurity-related datasets, including network traffic and operating-system events.
- Desired: knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
- Desired: Rust experience and software development experience with Java.
