Base Salary

$184k - $253k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop major algorithmic or MATLAB modules and flows through research, design, development, implementation, integration, testing, and proliferation.
  • Perform algorithmic concept and feasibility work, including problem analysis, data gathering, literature review, concept selection, evaluation, and implementation planning.
  • Create work plans, document development, and coordinate integration, testing, and deployment of owned algorithmic modules or flows.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze gaps, define activities, collect data, and support integration and testing.
  • Participate in system definitions and evaluate new and competitor technologies within the area of expertise.
  • Guide algorithm developers and provide technical tutoring and instruction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized algorithmic discipline or field.
  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical judgment and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and persuade others to adopt different points of view.
