Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend, frontend, or full-stack systems for Moloco's R&D organization.
- Build and improve distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, infrastructure, and web or mobile interfaces.
- Lead increasingly complex and large-scale projects as seniority grows.
- Turn ambiguous requirements into clear roadmaps and make pragmatic technical tradeoffs.
- Take end-to-end accountability for delivery, communicate progress, surface risks, and ensure measurable customer value.
- Identify root causes and make structural improvements that strengthen the long-term health of Moloco's machine learning ecosystem.
- Collaborate across teams, provide evidence-based feedback, and build alignment around priorities and scope.
Requirements
- 4–15 years of software development experience across backend, frontend, or full-stack systems.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and solid data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable systems, including server-side APIs and infrastructure or user-facing web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, or performance-critical frontend applications.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency using AI coding tools thoughtfully, including planning before prompting, providing architectural context, and critically reviewing generated code.
- Fluency in spoken and written Korean and English.
