Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor application performance and help ensure smooth system operation and business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions to improve team knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Participate independently in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with application servers and database management.
- Ability to analyze and debug complex software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
