Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical resource for Selector’s operational analytics solution across network, application, and security workflows.
- Integrate Selector’s platform for complex customer requirements by writing Python code and maintaining scripts and automation workflows.
- Lead or co-lead customer deployments, including gathering and translating data, workflow, and analytics requirements.
- Enable customers to use, understand, and extend Selector’s capabilities independently.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners on technical demos, pre-sales activities, and solution scoping.
- Own the design, development, and execution of proof-of-concept engagements through successful completion.
- Represent customer needs internally through product enhancement proposals and customer review participation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate integration work and automate repetitive tasks.
- Manage multiple customer engagements and drive projects to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in solutions engineering, systems engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong Python coding proficiency, including daily code writing and debugging.
- Active everyday use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible and/or Go.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML-based configurations.
- Proficiency designing and executing SQL queries and working in Jupyter notebooks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Meaningful experience with networking technologies including data centers, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi, DNS/DHCP, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with network analytics tooling and operational monitoring workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and drive projects to completion.
- Enthusiasm for direct customer-facing work with operators and engineering teams.
