Base Salary

$120k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop technical expertise in Selector’s operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows.
Support hands-on platform integration and deployment to meet customer requirements alongside senior engineers.
Assist with customer-site deployments by understanding customer data, workflows, and analytics requirements.
Help customers become enabled for platform use and basic self-service extensions.
Support pre-sales activities in collaboration with the sales team and senior engineers.
Contribute to proof-of-concept planning and execution under the guidance of senior team members.
Document customer feedback and assist with product enhancement proposals.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role.
Foundational coding skills in Python.
Basic familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
Basic understanding of SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an interest in customer-facing work.
General awareness of networking concepts including data centers, WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
Ansible, Go, and Jupyter notebooks are preferred or advantageous.
Eagerness to learn, self-starter attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
