Base Salary

$120k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop technical expertise in Selector’s operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows.
Support hands-on customer integration and deployment activities alongside senior engineers.
Assist with customer-site deployments by understanding customer data, workflows, and analytics requirements.
Help enable customers to use the platform and create basic self-serve extensions.
Support pre-sales activities with the sales team and senior engineers.
Contribute to proof-of-concept planning and execution under senior team guidance.
Document customer feedback and assist with proposals for product enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role.
Foundational coding skills in Python.
Basic familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
Basic understanding of SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
General awareness of networking concepts including data centers, WAN, and DNS/DHCP.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an interest in customer-facing technical work.
Familiarity with Ansible, Go, or Jupyter notebooks is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
