Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and business functions.
- Lead best practices that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application integration and deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and translate complex business processes into effective software configurations.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional is also stated.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong analytical, application design, configuration, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
