Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and extend SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align application designs with business objectives.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory input, and solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience is required, including at least 15 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience customizing and extending SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.
- Influencing, advisory, stakeholder collaboration, and team decision-making skills.
