Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver data work across conceptual design, detailed design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Define, assemble, and present technical data deliverables and work products.
- Contribute to the technical design, implementation, and testing of complete enterprise solutions.
- Design and implement master data management, operational data stores, dimensional models, stored procedures, databases, ETL processes, and reporting environments.
- Analyze existing applications and develop strategies to improve or leverage their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business liaisons, project teams, internal teams, and clients to identify needs, estimate and prioritize work, resolve issues, and define data aggregation approaches.
- Provide input into data warehouse architecture, technology stack, data modeling, ETL standards, scope, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Profile data to measure quality and integrity, and develop data dictionaries, flow diagrams, application diagrams, ER diagrams, specifications, scripts, queries, and data-access applications.
- Lead internal meetings, present and defend analysis findings, participate in client calls, and create technical presentations and design documents.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related software development experience across multiple database platforms, ETL development, and broad technical integration work.
- College degree in computer science or computer information systems, or equivalent business experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building applications with SSAS, SSRS, and .NET technologies.
- At least 5 years of experience building ETL processes with SSIS.
- At least 2 years of experience building ad hoc reporting environments using report models and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, stored procedures, BI report development, SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with at least one BI tool or ETL tool, preferably the Microsoft BI stack.
- Experience with dimensional and 3NF modeling, OLTP, and OLAP.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, problem-solving, written communication, oral communication, consulting, and stakeholder presentation abilities.
- Ability to scope data work, contribute to strategies and roadmaps, and deliver working database solutions.
