Base Salary
$135k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Transform complex, manual permitting workflows into seamless AI-enabled software experiences.
- Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver intelligent user-facing features.
- Work directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship impactful features.
- Own features end-to-end from architecture and implementation through testing and production deployment.
- Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to technical excellence.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience, ideally including work at a startup or fast-moving team.
- Ability to own features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn them quickly.
- Track record of shipping production systems and making thoughtful trade-offs among speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Interest in AI-powered tools that solve real-world construction challenges and a customer-first mindset.
