Base Salary
$135k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Transform complex permitting workflows into AI-enabled software experiences.
- Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver user-facing features.
- Engage directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship impactful features.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Establish engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- Strong experience in fullstack development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly.
- Proven track record of shipping production systems with a focus on speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Excitement for AI-powered tools that address real-world construction challenges and a customer-first mindset.
