Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations
- Ship end-to-end features across the Python/FastAPI backend and Next.js/TypeScript dashboard
- Develop within a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment using account-scoped queries, RLS, and JWT-based access
- Build evaluation frameworks to catch agent regressions before they reach customers
- Integrate with Salesforce, ServiceTitan, LeadPerfection, and AccuLynx CRM systems
- Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime
- Optimize the omnichannel SMS, voice, and email experience
- Work directly with product, design, senior engineers, and customers while shipping production software
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-stack experience shipping production software at a startup, high-velocity SaaS company, or AI-driven company
- Working proficiency in Python with FastAPI and TypeScript with Next.js and React Query
- Experience building LLM-powered features or eagerness to work with LLMs in production
- Comfort working in production systems and learning multi-tenant patterns such as RLS, account-scoped queries, and JWT-based access
- Experience debugging APIs and tracing issues across services and data pipelines
- Ability to operate with initiative and adapt in an ambiguous, high-ownership environment
- Bonus: experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks
- Bonus: real-time voice or audio experience with LiveKit, Daily.co, or Twilio Voice
- Bonus: LLM observability experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, or Helicone
