Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve LangGraph workflows for SMS and voice conversations.
- Ship features end-to-end across a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard.
- Work in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment with account-scoped queries.
- Help build evaluation frameworks to catch agent regressions.
- Integrate with various CRMs where data quality is variable.
- Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior.
- Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-stack experience in a startup or high-velocity SaaS environment.
- Eager to work with LLMs in production and build LLM-powered features.
- Proficient in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js, React Query).
- Comfortable working in production systems and learning multi-tenant patterns.
- Experience debugging APIs and tracing issues across services.
- A continuous learner who thrives in ambiguous situations.
- Customer-obsessed and eager to understand user needs.
