Base Salary
$160k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade enterprise AI applications on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
- Build copilots, conversational assistants, intelligent search applications, recommendation systems, AI-powered workflows, RAG architectures, semantic search pipelines, and AI agents.
- Explore enterprise datasets, assess data readiness and quality, and design metadata, embeddings, and knowledge structures for AI systems.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise APIs, databases, and business applications while implementing human-in-the-loop workflows and approval mechanisms.
- Develop scalable Python and SQL applications, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, governance, explainability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, validate business value, and establish AI architecture standards and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying production AI or GenAI solutions, with strong understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, semantic search, vector embeddings, AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, AI observability and monitoring, and AI guardrails.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, Snowpark Python, Snowflake ML, SQL optimization, and enterprise-scale Snowflake development.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git, cloud-native development, automated testing, and enterprise software engineering practices.
- Experience exploring large enterprise datasets, building AI-ready data models and pipelines, assessing data quality and AI suitability, and applying machine learning evaluation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, executive communication, and initiative-driving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience delivering enterprise AI applications, scalable RAG and agentic AI solutions, reusable AI capabilities, AI-powered automation, architecture standards, and business-focused AI initiatives.
