Responsibilities
- Research emerging fraud patterns with the Risk Intelligence team.
- Improve components of the Signifyd Commerce Protection Platform.
- Build production machine learning models that identify fraud.
- Write production and offline code in Python and PySpark.
- Design experiments, collect data, and work with distributed data pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen the machine-learning pipeline.
- Communicate complex technical ideas to audiences including executives.
- Review code and participate in peer review, paper study, knowledge-sharing, and cross-team projects.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science or a comparable analytical field.
- At least 3 years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Strong machine learning and statistical knowledge with a record of delivering under pressure.
- Proficiency writing and reviewing Python code in a shared codebase.
- Practical SQL knowledge and familiarity with the Linux command line.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates must be based in Hungary.
