Responsibilities
- Develop software specifications and architectures based on railway-domain requirements.
- Design, code, review, test, and maintain embedded software components.
- Perform integration and functional testing using physical and digital test platforms.
- Coordinate software development activities within the assigned scope and manage stakeholder interfaces.
- Contribute to process, method, and tool improvements.
- Participate in software change-control activities and identify risks affecting delivery or quality.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or master’s degree in electronics, computer science, telecommunications, automation, electrical engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
- More than five years of experience developing real-time embedded software.
- Demonstrated experience in safety-critical environments, such as railway or other industries.
- Experience with technical leadership or team coordination.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Knowledge of railway safety standards EN 50128 or EN 50716 is an advantage.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams is an advantage.
