Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable batch and stream data processing infrastructure.
- Develop foundational data models and processing pipelines using AWS and other technologies.
- Collaborate with machine learning and data science teams to understand data needs.
- Lead and execute various data-related projects.
- Build a data governance platform for secure data management.
- Create an orchestration platform to enable feature development for other teams.
- Develop data services/APIs for stakeholder and customer-facing data products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior/software engineer.
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases like Postgres or Snowflake.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
