Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise agent infrastructure platform, including governance, observability, and control planes for MCP-powered agent ecosystems.
- Build a secure and reliable integration gateway connecting AI agents with SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs.
- Develop platform primitives for multi-tenancy, isolation, configuration, and extensibility at enterprise scale.
- Make deployment flexibility, security, and compliance first-class platform capabilities.
- Create a repeatable, product-led enterprise deployment and onboarding experience.
- Set architectural direction for the enterprise platform as a founding team member.
Requirements
- Experience building platforms at genuine scale and complexity across diverse customers, deployment models, and integration surfaces.
- Strong ability to define foundational abstractions, primitives, and architectural models.
- Experience shipping enterprise product capabilities such as deployment flexibility, security, administration tooling, or compliance.
- Experience building or shipping an AI product, or substantial hands-on experimentation with agents, models, and MCP.
- Ability to operate with both large-company enterprise pattern recognition and small-company speed and intensity.
- Deep platform thinking and experience building systems where foundational abstractions are central to the product.
