Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and scalable platform solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, ETL, and DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors.
- Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles while following SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience; the posting also specifies a minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, server-side, and client-side integration experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
- Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes, including Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CSM, ITSM, or MCO certifications are preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspace configuration, DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, independent-work, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.
