Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS cloud-native and serverless architectures.
- Build and support systems handling large-scale, complex data workloads.
- Serve as a technical lead by setting architectural direction and best practices.
- Stay hands-on with coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate mission needs into solutions.
- Apply AI and ML concepts practically through prototyping and integration.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and cloud security practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of professional experience in a development environment working with software, systems, or cloud engineering.
- AWS certifications.
- Experience in federal or regulated environments, collaborating with federal clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Applied AI/ML experience or demonstrated learning.
- Event-driven or analytics platform background.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience with serverless architectures.
- Experience in writing SQL and working with relational database structures, PostgreSQL, and/or DynamoDB.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Tools.
- Experience designing systems for complex data and integration needs.
