Base Salary
$136k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in the overall design strategy of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Assist in defining platform roadmaps for scalability and compliance.
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage platform upgrades and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Provide technical guidance for configuring and customizing the platform.
- Coordinate with management on project status and challenges.
- Engage with leadership to recommend solutions that deliver value.
- Continuously improve platform performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and ITOM.
- Experience in architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations.
- Proficiency with scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide.
- Strong understanding of ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification.
