Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advise Government NGE technical leadership and senior DoD stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration risks, architectural roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate platform integration across teammate companies, external performers, engineering disciplines, and work packages.
- Lead engineering alignment workshops, technical exchange meetings, cross-functional integration syncs, and technical dependency resolution.
- Maintain MBSE traceability across platform architecture, operational requirements, technical requirements, and physical and logical data models.
- Integrate hybrid compute, virtualization, container runtime, operating system, cloud, data, middleware, and application environments.
- Align automated provisioning, configuration drift remediation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code validation with platform integration standards.
- Ensure platform integration patterns comply with Zero Trust, NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, identity, RBAC, PKI, and continuous ATO requirements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of full-time general work experience, potentially reduced through advanced education.
- At least 5 years in a senior systems engineering, solution architecture, or technical integration role.
- At least 1 year of management or leadership experience.
- At least 3 years interfacing directly with senior Government/DoD leadership and facilitating technical exchange and multi-stakeholder planning events.
- Demonstrated experience integrating enterprise systems across hybrid cloud, virtualization, container platforms, and data layers.
- Demonstrated experience with VMware VCF, RHEL 9, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and RKE2.
- Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, Cassandra, SQL Server, Oracle, and RabbitMQ.
- Demonstrated experience with Cameo, SysML, or IBM DOORS/DOORS Next Generation.
- Current DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP+ CE, or CISSP.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with verified eligibility for Top Secret, or an active Top Secret clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include Missile Defense Agency or IRES experience, large-scale defense program experience, SAFe/Agile experience, and certifications such as CISSP, ITIL Foundation, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Specialist/OpenShift, or INCOSE ASEP/CSEP.
