Responsibilities
- Design moderately complex software applications, components, interfaces, programs, and scripts.
- Code, verify, test, document, amend, and refactor software.
- Apply engineering standards, tools, patterns, security measures, and quality practices.
- Monitor development progress, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Support release planning, scheduling, coordination, outcome documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, reviews, and evaluation of technical options and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant software engineering roles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work under general direction, resolve complex issues, plan work, and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, learning, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of business context.
- Commitment to security, privacy, ethical practices, and adherence to defined standards.
