Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their workflows and success metrics.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for customer deployments.
- Build and ship production code for Partly’s SaaS and API platform.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Troubleshoot live issues and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
- Become an expert in the auto parts domain to help customers modernize their processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and shipping complex software.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to turn workflows into solutions.
- Comfortable owning the full software lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
- Strong foundations in APIs, testing, system design, and debugging.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and communicate effectively.
- Experience integrating with external systems and handling imperfect data.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make quick tradeoffs.
- Bonus: Experience in forward-deployed engineering or technical consulting.
- Bonus: Familiarity with automotive parts or B2B marketplaces.
- Bonus: Experience with Rust or a strong interest in learning it.
