Base Salary
$140k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve high-impact customer problems through close customer engagement.
- Develop new technical solutions and continue working until measurable impact is achieved.
- Own the customer-specific solution process from problem discovery through completion.
- Use and help navigate Gecko’s platforms and tools that scale across customers.
- Collaborate with customers and internal technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Understanding of how technical decisions affect the users of the solutions being built.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iterative user engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and interest to travel as needed.
